Shezapistol First Work/ New You Tube Channel

Happy Memorial Day Weekend to all and hope you are all having a great weekend!

Shezapistol, pictured above from this morning, had her first "blow out" down the lane this morning. Going about a furlong, she worked with Treaty (2019 Colt out of Sue's Good News). While just trying to let them express themselves and go "max" speed, care is still given to keep the horses together so they learn to be in company, in tight, et al. Given that Treaty is a colt and Shezapistol is a filly - some separation must be kept to avoid the colts getting a little "frisky". Both horses did it well and professionally, and presuming all comes back well they will gallop during the week and blow out again next weekend. Video of the work is below:

New You Tube Channel

I also created a new You Tube Channel for Crescent Capital that you all can subscribe to. I felt it would be the best way to get videos out to you all, as they are large to email etc. So far, I have the blow out from this morning as well as the galloping video from last week. More to come soon. Link to Channel HERE

Racing Update

Tiz Life ran on Thursday at Churchill, and, well, he didn't do much running. How tough this business can be - a three year old colt by American Pharoah out of our Grade 1 Winner Tiz Miz Sue - and is a half brother to two high class horses - just doesn't seem to possess much want to, or at this point ability. He has never tipped off a lot of ability, but has never shown us he didn't want to run either. Thus, this is disappointing. He will get a try on the turf next time to see what it does.

Musical Millie will be pointed for a race next weekend at Lone Star

Newscaster and Mesta Park came back well from their races and we are looking for the next spot for both.
